FOCUS AND SCOPE

The Sages Journal (Culinary Science and Business) is published twice a year in February and August by LPPM Akademi Sages, Indonesia. The publication is a scientific journal in the field of culinary science and business. The manuscript can be research papers, review articles, as well as conceptual, technical, and methodological papers on all aspects, including research findings, experimental design, analysis, and recent application.
